What is ONESIGN ?
Have you ever wanted your organization's Microsoft Outlook signature to follow a standard design and pattern? You've probably found this is a very challenging task, to say the least. Setting an organization-wide signature design is no easy feat, especially when you want to include your user's personal details in the signature.
U-BTech Solutions has the perfect solution for you:
A product that can be custom configured for your needs and requirements and integrated easily into your existing intranet environment. Don't have an intranet environment yet? All you need is a server machine running any web server application capable of supporting HTML web pages with integrated asp.net code (Microsoft IIS, for example, will do just fine and if you own a Windows Server license, it's already included!)
ONESIGN can be used with multiple Data Sources and different deployment methods, all depending on your environment.
- Fully automated using the login client
This method does not require any manual operation on behalf of the user but relies on Active Directory or any other Data Source to contain an up to date version of all the signature information for the users. - Semi-automatic through a web portal
If the personal information in Active Directory or the selected Data Source is not complete or current. By using an ActiveX component you can give the user a link to a Web page that pulls the relevant information fields from your configured Data Source and presents it to the user. If the information requires updating or changing, the user has the option to make the changes online and set the signature. - Manual
If there is no personal information in the configured Data Source. This method is identical to the previous method and the only difference is that all the information is entered by the user. - Outlook Addon
By using a customized outlook add-on, the user is able to pull the appropriate signatures, at any time manually, or automatically.

I wasn't expecting the solution to be this easy and simple to deploy and implement... I couldn't be happier with the result.
