Product License Activation: If you need to activate your product license, but our software product is installed on a host that cannot connect to the Internet, please use our Offline Activation Portal from a different computer or device that has Internet access. Be aware:
- You will need the product serial number you received after purchasing.
- You will need the unique machine identifier, which can be found in the product "Licensing" dialog.
- Offline activations are machine-locked. The code generated by the Offline Activation Portal can only be used on a single, specific machine/host.
